The market stems from the tradition of vendors in China selling various types of flowers including peach blossoms, chrysanthemum, daffodils, and orchids leading up to the Lunar New Year.

The Main Line Chinese Culture Center will host its annual Chinese New Year Community Gala at the Great Valley High School in Malvern. Vincent Van Gogh was an artist who expressed his emotions through his intense art. His use of color and application of paint proved his deep emotional ties to his art.  This exhibition focuses on the years he feverishly experimented when he left Antwerp for Paris in 1886 until his death in Auvers in 1890.

Bash the Trash builds, performs and educates with musical instruments made from recycled and reused materials. In this show we'll present our own "trashy" take on folk tales from Africa, with instruments inspired by designs from across the continent. We'll spin tales of Anansi - the trickster who turns into a spider - and how he became the owner of all the stories…and of course everyone will build a musical instrument and take it home!
